Alice in Wonderland

 My Hitty girls were reading Alice in Wonderland and just loved it. They wanted so much to meet her… so I tried my hand at carving Alice and here she is…not perfect but my Hittys are thrilled. She is carved from butternut wood. 

 Here she stands all proud on my Fostoria cake stand.

Go ask Alice, when she's 10 feet tall! Well, she's a little over 6 inches tall! I'm just singing you a song.

Since she is carved from butternut wood, it cracks sometimes and that's what happened when I was trying to carve her mouth - so I gave her some teeth! You do what you have to do.
