Hittys Faith, Hope and Charity

I can't stop making stuff! After my Hitty crate/room box house, I had three Hittys in my head who wanted to be carved! So, I went to town and carved Hitty Faith, Hitty Hope and Hitty Charity. Now, I just can't get away from big eyes. I don't start out to paint big eyed Hittys but they beg me for big eyes - so my Hittys have big eyes! Hope you like my new girls.

Crocheted Dress for Hitty Violette

It seems like I have neglected Hitty Violette and she was very sad, so I told her I would crochet a special ensemble just for her! That perked her up! I want to give credit to our Wendi Dunn for her collar pattern that I fiddled with to make larger.

She seems to be pretty happy!

Crate/Room Hitty Box House

The girls didn’t like their home open to my sewing room so I made a front for them so they could have their privacy.

Now the inside of their home is private and they have an actual house front.

The Crate/Room Hitty Box House is sitting on my old thread table. My room is small so I poke things all around and under.

Since the Hittys have a formal home with a front porch, they needed some porch furniture so I made some.

Now they are enjoying their furniture on their new porch.

New Hitty Pink and Green Kitchen

Well, I have been so very busy and it was one of my Hitty friends fault! She was showing us her pretty room boxes and I got all envious! I bought three crates and thought they would work for rooms. I have challenged myself to make all of the furnishings and most are made from foam core board.

I have finished the kitchen and wanted to share it with you.
Here are the table and chairs. I made the drop leaf table but not the chairs. I did paint the chairs though. There is a little cardstock pitcher sitting on the table.

Going along with the pink and green kitchen, there just had to be a pink fridge! The window is dressed with a lacy topper with pink flowers - perfect for the Hittys.

Here is the sink, oops, with dirty dishes of course!
These are the cabinets on each side of the sink. Thea cabinets are filled with kitchen necessary things.
A close up of the sink with shelves above and the side cabinets.
I'm pretty proud of my stove. I found the lovely graphic and glued it to the front of my foam board and then continued to make the stove. The pink shelf above it is made from Popsicle sticks. The little canned goods are made from cut pieces of a small glue stick and I glued labels on them.

I think the Hittys will be able to cook and enjoy their new kitchen!
